Shop MisFydKrafts Terms & Conditions
· All items in MisFydKrafts Shop are handmade by Fyd except stated otherwise.
· Photo on the items may have slight differences due to the lighting and conditioning of pictures taken.
· Each of the handmade items is unique & all has its own individuality.
· All prices stated are without delivery cost except stated otherwise.
· All prices set are non-negotiable & might change without prior notice based on MFK decision. However, any changes will only be executed after a purchase order has be done (deposit/complete payment) before the date of price change.
· For Ready-Made items:
- Goods will be delivery after payment is received (cleared).
- Item will be hold for 3 days after received my reply until payment is received.
- If payment is not received without any reply or acceptable reasons from customer, after 3 days, the item will be release back into the shop.
· For Made-to-Order or Custom Made items:
- Customer request will be discuss thru email.
- After agreed upon the order request, a quotation will be given based on request & item will be made after 50% of the payment is received.
- Another 50% of the item cost plus delivery cost will be paid after the completion of order before delivery.
- Full payment is also acceptable for customer.
- Order will be put in queue after the payment has received.
- Deposit will NOT be return if order cancellation occurred.
· In which there is no respond while communicating through email or any type communication regarding an order request within a week (with or without payment), the order request will be automatically cancel or resume upon MFK approval.
· Goods sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
· MFK will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the postal services during delivery of the item(s).
