How to Order

Here's some info & a simple process flow on how to order from MFK

PAYMENT: 

·       Made-to-Order & Custom-Made items:  At least 50% deposit or full payment before making & delivery. Deposit will not be return, if cancellation. 

·       Ready-Made items:  Full payment before delivery. 

·       Payment can be made thru online banking or cash deposit machine to Maybank account.

·       Copy transaction (email notification/pdf, scanned or photo of receipt transaction) must be attached in email for proof of payment.

DELIVERY:

·         All delivery is done using Pos Laju Malaysia only.  

·         Basic delivery charge will be RM8 (Sem), RM10 (Srwk & Sbh) or otherwise stated.

·         Rate will be deferred depending on total weight or size of parcel.

·         MFK will not be responsible on any lost or damage occurred by the postal service.
